The Mommy & Me Collective ("we," "us," "our") operates shop.mommyandmecollective.com (the "Site"), a curated shopping guide that highlights deals and links to products sold by Walmart and other retailers. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- No account required. You can browse and use the Site without creating an account or giving us your name, email, or payment information.
- Saved Picks. When you save or organize products into lists, those lists are stored locally in your own browser (local storage) — not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them. If you create a shareable list, only the products in that list are stored to generate the share link.
- Usage data. We may collect anonymous, aggregate information about how the Site is used (such as which pages and categories are viewed) to improve the experience. This does not identify you personally.
- Affiliate click data. When you click a "Buy on Walmart" or similar link, you are redirected to the retailer through our affiliate network (Impact / goto.walmart.com). The retailer and network may set cookies to credit any resulting purchase to us. We receive aggregate commission reporting — not your personal purchase details, payment information, or order contents.

We and our affiliate partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your saved lists, measure performance, and attribute affiliate purchases. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect saved lists and how links are credited.
